1. Identify your BIG GOAL. Take fear out of the equation. Ask yourself: if I could do ANYTHING what would it be?

  1. Write it DOWN  (BIG and Short-term)... or even better enter it into the FitLivin App

  2. Make Action Steps/Plan: Actions Steps/Objectives are like short-term goals: Make them SMART.

  4. Commit. Share your Goals with your community in the app (share with progress statements).

  6. Progress report. Support and accountability is important. Ask 1-3 friends in the FitLivin app to be your motivators and report your process to them regularly.
