It can be difficult to stay motivated to do healthy things during the holidays. Let’s face it, there are plenty of excuses not to…cocktails, party food, cookies, darkness…oh the darkness! …it’s easy to get overwhelmed and stop taking care of yourself because you’ll jump back on the wagon in January with everyone else, right?….but why? You can totally enjoy the holidays while maintaining a few important habits. The best part is that you will not be alone. You will have the support and guidance of a Registered Dietitian as well as others like you striving to turn those good intentions into habits. It can take anywhere from one to eight months to build new behaviors so lets work together and get a jump start on the new year!
