Spotlight: Ron Pellitier

When I hit 282lbs a few years ago, I knew I was a walking stroke waiting to happen.  I made some changes for the better, but I had difficulty sustaining a year-round regimen of healthy living.   When Kathy joined FitLivin, I kept a distance but was amazed at the transformation she made.  Watching her achieve Ironman status on her day was one of the most awe-inspiring events I can recall.  She clearly did the work to get there...but I know her success was influenced by this team of high achievers holding her accountable.  So, yeah, I'm going to hook up to that bandwagon for a while.  :)
