In March, we will offer a 5-Day Clean-Up Your Act type Challenge (M-F)
March is a good month to get crazy! If you had goals that you have not been able to execute on at this point then let’s reset, let’s get focused with a little March Madness Challenge!
Your overall health starts in your GI. This 5-day plan will naturally renew your digestive health, flush the system, reduce inflammation, boosting the immune system, improving metabolic function. This simple approach will allow you to begin habit formation because your body will give you positive reinforcement day after day and you will also be receiving accountability via a support group in the Fit Livin’ App.
Here is how it works…
Step 2: Download the Fit Livin App!
Step 3: Follow the challenge outline below every day for 5 days!
Step 4: Judy will start a support group in the app so we can all go crazy and share our madness.
Step 5: You keep track of your own points and share in the support group. This is about YOU. We are here for support and accountability.
Let’s go….5 days! You can do this!
Give yourself 1 point for each item you accomplish daily. Max score: 10 points
1. Smoothie for Breakfast.
2. Lemon Water (squeeze 1 whole lemon into a glass of water)
3. Salad for Lunch.
4. Green Tea (1 cup/day)
5. Super Meal for dinner. Fish or Poultry/Fruggies (unlimited), choose a healthy carb from the Fit Livin’ Fuel List.
6. Fruggies (fruits or veggies) for snacks
7. (9-13) cups of water daily
8. 100 sit-ups (or reps of any core exercise)
9. At least 30 minutes of cardio
10. No alcohol
Typical March Madness Day
Wake and Workout! At least 30 minute run/walk + 100 sit-ups
B: Cleansing Smoothies in the Fit Livin’ App: Classic Green Smoothie, The Rocky Balboa, or the Green Omega Smoothie (breakfast section of 3-2-1 Eat!)
Snack: Lemon water/fruggies
L: Salad (Choose one of 3 recipes in the Fit Livin’ App) Chicken and Strawberry Salad, Honey Dijon Chicken, Avocado Salad, or the Mexican Shrimp Salad
Snack: Green Tea/fruggies
D: Super Meal (Choose one of 3 recipes in the Fit Livin App) Chicken Stir-fry with Honey Ginger Sauce, Super EZ Salmon Dinner, or Shimp and Veggie Stirfry
9-13 cups of water
