To get from what, where, who you are... to what, where, who you want to be...often takes a leap of faith. It can be scary but here are 3 tips that can help.
- Listen to your inner-voice. Your inner-voice has very important things to say. That inner-voice or gut instinct you have about something often takes away many preconceived judgements that you place on yourself.
- Visualize it. Replace your fear with the desire for the passion you are pursuing. Take 5-10 minutes each day to visualize what your life would look or feel like.
- Surround yourself with support. Find a community of people who are taking a similar leap of faith. You can not do it alone.
