Up Up and Away You Go…
 
  1. Positive Self-Talk. Get used to talking yourself up. Even using your own name instead of the word “I” when doing positive self-talk increases the likelihood that you will succeed.
  2. Figure out what’s holding you back. Do you need to develop a skill?  Are you being disciplined enough with your time? Seek out answers.
  3. Surround yourself with support. Spend time with people who are where you want to be. Put more time in with people who make you feel stronger, who build you up and encourage you consistently.
