Parsley:
good source of Vitamin C, A, K and Vitamin B12. Parsley acts as an immune booster and helps to flush out excess fluid in the body. Great to include if you have high blood pressure. 


Ginger:
has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It’s been shown to reduce nausea and help with digestive issues. It’s also linked to lowering cholesterol, heart disease risk, improve blood sugar, lower the risk for cancer and reduce pain in the body (including menstrual pain). 


Tropical Fruit:
